This information can be obtained either directly from this website, in its various sections, or by contacting the clerk. There is no charge for this data.

 


 

 

Class 2 – What we spend and how we spend it

This information is composed of financial data relating to projects, actual income, expenditure procurement, contracts and financial audit.

Examples of this kind of information are:

Current and previous financial year as a minimum.
Annual return form and report by the Auditor
Financial Orders and Regulations
Grants given and received
Finalised budget
Precept

Class 3 – What our priorities are and how we are doing

This includes details of meetings and decisions taken at the Annual Parish Meeting

This information can be requested in hard copy from the clerk by contacting us.

There is a charge of 50p per sheet plus postage for FOI requests in this class.

 


 

 

Class 4 – How we make decisions

This information will include agendas and timetables of previous meetings, minutes of meetings and reports presented to those meetings (with private information redacted). Recent responses to consultation meetings and planning applications will be also included within the minutes available online.

Class 5 – Our policies and procedures

Policies and procedures for the conduct of council business, such as:

Procedural standing order
Code of conduct
Policy statements
Complaints procedure
Schedule of charges for public information

Currently maintained lists and registers only; Asset Register; Register of members’ interests.

Information on parks, playing fields, and recreational facilities.

Disbursement costs

We charge a flat rate per sheet for photocopying and document handling, plus postage. This reflects the actual costs incurred in preparing and sending data.
